Jumping rope with positive thinking equals success

I have to say, my jump ropeing classes have been a huge success from the beginning to the end.

I just don’t do it as a regular thing, but it’s something that i need to do (I even had a friend come to my office and say that i just need to get more equipment and practice). I didn’t know it back then when i started teaching the classes. It was something i just had to do for myself and my kids.

🤐 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🥋

But i started to get more and more motivated with the classes and now they are more than just jumping. They are actually great tools to teach children self-confidence. And that’s all I ever wanted for my kids. I wanted them to be confident for their future and that’s what this jump rope class is all about. And that alone is worth its weight in gold. I have to say, my jumping rope combined with positive thinking results in success. Jump rope can definitely help kids with self-confidence and even for some it can help them with their self-esteem. I remember when i started teaching self-confidence jump rope at high school i would ask myself one single question ‘Did you come from a family where there is a lot of pressure, where you always felt like a failure and where you lacked confidence?’. I realized that a lot of students who i teach at my school have self-confidence issues and i really wanted to do something to help them. One morning i woke up and i decided that i would give this a try. I decided to jump rope at least five times that day, because i knew that it would do something for my self-confidence. Jump Rope can help kids with self-confidence and to become fit for life!
